For international orders, the product / order value is shown after converting it based on the most recent currency exchange rates.
Your payment-related information are never disclosed or shared with third parties or employees. Payments are processed through highly secured servers and the relevant information is stored in encrypted forms.
Please do not share any OTP, CVV or online banking passwords with any employee, representative or delivery partners.
In certain scenarios where the payments has been processed through your banking partner, but your order was not placed, we request you to wait for 3 working days as the same is generally reversed. If you do not see any reversal transactions within the said time, please get in touch with your banking partner for reversal.
